My Poem A Day Challenge

I bought a blank journal and drew these two drawings on the front and back.  My goal is to write a poem every day and to record them in this poetry journal.  I don't know how long I can do it, or even if I can actually do a poem every day for, say a month.  I would like to do a poem a day until I fill this book up, and my outside goa would be to do a poem a day for a year.  We'll see.

Wire Hand

This is a sculpture/award for a friend named Adam Hampton.  He just won best script at the Idylwild Film Festival in California.  I know he gets his own award, but he works at the Abuse and Neglect Hotline and we wanted to honor him ourselves.
